We are looking for a personable, organised individual to join us as an Administration Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to our CEO and CFO.

Administration Assistant

Hours: 

This is a part-time position working between 20-24 hours a week.  We are flexible on days and times which can be spread across the week to suit the individual, although it would need to be a minimum of 3 days a week and based onsite in our Warwick office.

Salary: 

£23-25,000 pro rata

Executive Assistant to CEO and CFO

We are looking for a personable, organised individual to join us as an Administration Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to our CEO and CFO.

They will be responsible for processing expenses through Workday, raising PO’s through our internal system, supporting preparation of meeting packs, hotel/conference bookings as and when required and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

We require someone who understands the importance of confidential information, is a fast learner and computer literate. It is important this person is happy to be flexible and support where necessary!

  • Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn systems and use Microsoft Outlook packages
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, proactive
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks
