Join Zoga – Yoga with Zoë
Zoe is my favourite yoga teacher, I’m so happy to still be able to do her classes. She is running free classes on Wednesdays to NHS workers and a donation to non NHS workers. This class is perfect for beginners.
Yin Yoga- Sundays at 7pm great for flexibility by working deep into the connective tissue. This style of yoga is based on TCM (traditional chinese meridians/medicine) you can expect to hold low to the ground poses for anything between 1-10mins. Working with the energy lines within the body to enhance the function of each organ. Perfect chance to restore the mind and body.
Easy yoga (free to NHS Workers) Wednesdays at 7pm – donation for non NHS – Designed to reduce stress and anxiety. Perfect for beginners who would like to learn the very basics. Steady movement and breathing.
Vinyasa Flow – Thursdays at 7pm– Different theme each week. Synchronisation of breath and movement to create a continuous flow. A great physical and mental workout.

Vicki is running an adult yoga and relaxation class and a pregnancy yoga class. £5 per class.
Join Vicki on Mondays 7.30 pm for Hatha yoga. We stretch, flow, breathe and sink deep into our bodies and minds.
Tuesday 7.30 pm Pregnancy yoga. A beautiful gentle flow to create space for baby, find comfort in our bodies, learn key breathing and relaxation techniques, and strengthen our bodies to create strong gentle warrior mamas!
