 Easter Art Club at the Royal Pump Rooms, Art Gallery and Museum

Join us in the craft studio and create your own Easter cards.

Art Club sessions last 30 minutes, starting at 11am, 2pm, 2.45pm & 3.30pm.

Free, drop in and join in. Recommended for ages 6 – 12 years.

EASTER WEEKEND AT THE PUMP ROOMS – EASTER EGG HUNT TRAIL

Take part in a Matilda themed Easter Egg Hunt trail around the Royal Pump Rooms and collect your chocolate prize.

Get your face painted and make your own bunny shopping bag to take home.

Take part in our egg-citing sp-egg-tacular Egg Hunt this Easter around St John’s Museum and garden.  Find out about egg identification along the way and create your own bouncing chick and proud peacock to take home. Cost £2.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No need to book, just drop in.

Hatton Country World – Spring Spectacular

There will be Sheep Racing around our Grand National Track, Hawk Shows with our Falconers and The Tractor Safari will be taking families on rides around the Farm giving informative talks about farm life at this wonderful time of year. We’ve also got masses of undercover treats in store with the Jungle Jamboree Show, our brand new hosted game show, along with Magic and Puppet Show in the Family Theatre, Animal Handling in Guinea Pig Village and Scales & Tails as well as the huge indoor soft play, Snorty’s Superslide Mania. From the 19thMarch until the 3rd April children can take part in our Easter Egg Hunt and throughout the holidays there will be our Easter Bunny Hunt and chocolate treats for all those finding a full complement of bunnies!

It’s holiday project time with Playbox Theatre and we’re delighted to offer a wide range of exciting theatre and circus events for children of all ages during the spring break!

CIRCUS SCHOOL

3 days of fast-paced circus skills…including trapeze, tightrope, aerial silk, acrobatics, trampette, pyramid building and so much more. A great opportunity to learn new skills, develop ones you already have…and get fit!

DAYS OF DAHL

We’re all looking forward to the new film of The BFG, and in celebration will be running 2 days of Roald Dahl theatre workshops. There’ll be lots of acting, music, make up design, craft and storytelling…with the odd Whizpop and Snozcumber thrown in for good measure!

The British Motor Museum, formally known as the Heritage Motor Centre, re-opened Saturday 13 February after the Museum has undergone a major refurbishment to show off the world’s largest collection of historic British cars to even better effect.

Our onsite café has everything to keep you fuelled throughout your visit with hot and cold meals and children’s lunch boxes. Kids can also let of steam in our children’s outdoor play area.
