Who you’ll be working for

YMM is a Warwickshire-based mental health charity that provides free, one-to-one mentoring for children and young people in schools, helping them build resilience, confidence and self-esteem. They’re looking for compassionate mentors to join their team across Warwickshire and Coventry. If you’re a great listener, non-judgemental and passionate about supporting young people’s mental health, this could be one of the most rewarding roles you’ll ever do. Full training, ongoing support and clinical supervision are all provided.

The Role
Are you a good listener? Non-judgemental? Passionate about supporting young people’s mental health and wellbeing?
YMM is looking for mentors to provide weekly one-to-one support for students in local schools. You’ll help create a safe, supportive environment where young people can build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
YMM provides:
- Full training and induction
- Ongoing skills development
- Monthly one-to-one clinical supervision

Location:
Schools across Warwickshire and Coventry
The Hours:
School hours, term time only. Minimum commitment of one day per week.
Salary:
£15 per hour or voluntary opportunities available
