Classes are suitable for complete beginners, in fact most students have never practised yoga before! You are welcome to join classes from 14 weeks onwards, students suffering pelvic girdle pain, carrying multiples are also most welcome.
Having been blessed with two children of my own, I truly understand the benefit of practicing yoga throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Pregnancy, though a wonderful phase of life, can also bring with it some aches and pains as well as poor sleep and anxiousness. Suitable for women from 13-42 weeks, our yoga sessions will aim to maintain strength and mobility, as well addressing any physical concerns- of course, a heavy dose of rest and relaxation is included too.
All students are welcome. I have vast experience in teaching to students experiencing pelvic girdle pain, carrying multiples, undergoing IVF, suffering pre-eclampsia- if you are unsure if class is suitable for your pregnancy, please get in touch.
