Charity Easter Egg Hunt –  Friday 30th March (Good Friday) 9:00 – 12:00 noon.

A fabulous treasure trail around St. Nick’s Park, Warwick. £2 per child and there will be chocolatey and non-chocolatey prizes available. All proceeds to Warwick Hospital’s Special Care Baby Unit. No booking required.

Draycote Water – Easter Bunny Hunt 

Friday 30th March – 15th April

Collect a trail leaflet from the Visitor Centre and follow the clues that lead to the missing Easter Bunny.

Easter Adventure Quest at Kenilworth Castle – Fri 30 Mar – Mon 2 Apr 2018 

11am – 5pm – hunt for legendary dragon eggs. Set off on a quest to crack the clues, meeting characters from the past along the way, then claim your chocolate reward.

The Great Ryton Egg Hunt at Ryton Pools Country Park – Tuesday 3rd April 2018

Come and join us for Easter fun! Collect your mystery egg sheet from the centre and follow the trail collecting the clues as you go. Complete the password to enter the egg hunt and claim your prize from the Easter bunny. Suitable for children aged 3 years plus who must be accompanied by an adult.

Time: Drop in anytime between 10.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. Meet: The Information Centre Cost: £3.00 per child

National Trust  – Cadbury Egg Hunts 2018

Some National Trust properties are operating a pre-booked ticket system this year, please see below for more details.

Baddesley Clinton – Friday 30th March – Monday 2nd April, 9.30 – 4pm

You will only be able to visit us over the Easter weekend, Fri 30 – Mon 2 April, if you have pre-booked a ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket you are welcome to visit at any point between 9am – 5pm.

This will make your visit more relaxed and enjoyable and you’ll be helping us conserve the places you love. You can book online through the events page on the website or call the box office on 0344 249 1895. The trail for the Cadbury Egg Hunt can be purchased on the day from the Easter tent.

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt on Packwood’s Welly Walk from Friday 30 March – Monday 2 April, 9.30am – 4pm.

This Easter weekend you will only be able to visit us if you have pre-booked a car park ticket.  This will make your visit more relaxed and enjoyable and you’ll be helping us conserve the places you love. BOOKING NOT REQUIRED Explore the parkland at Charlecote with our Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt. Follow the trail to discover some interesting facts about the property and pick up a scrummy Cadbury prize at the end.

Easter Egg Hunt  – The British Motor Museum

30th March – 2nd April  10am to 4pm
Collect your Easter basket from the Family Station and search for the eggs around the Museum. When you have collected six different coloured eggs come back to the Family Station to claim your chocolate reward.

Easter Egg Hunt at Foundry Wood – Sunday 1st April (Easter Sunday) 2:00 – 4:00pm

Join us for an Easter egg hunt! Make an Easter gift, do a craft activity, sow seeds & watch them grow at home. Tea, coffee, cordial & home made cakes available.

Family Parties – Royal Priors Mon- Fri over Easter Holidays

Family Parties are back again upstairs in The Royal Priors shopping centre with a Bouncy Castle, Soft Play, Ride-On’s, Colouring in, Music with Disco Lights, and Giant Bean Bags for the Adults to relax on.

We ask for a suggested donation of £1 per child, with every penny being donated to Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice in Coventry.

Easter Arty Tots – Market Hall Museum – Tuesday 3rd April 10am – 3pm

Have a cracking arty time at the Market Hall with a selection of Easter-themed crafts to take home, like a hatching egg and Easter cracker. Suitable for under-5s, older siblings welcome. £2.50 per child, no need to book just drop in. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Ryton Pools miniature railway – Opens Sunday 1st April

The railway will begin its summer timetable from 1st April! Trains run from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays until Sunday 30th September. Rides are £1.00 and accompanied children under 3’s ride for free!

Friday 30th March to Saturday 15th April – Poached Egg Fun Trail at Ryton Pools Country Park

Follow the clues around the park to crack the Easter poached egg code! collect your badge prize afterwards – fun for all the family. Collect your trail sheet from the Visitor Centre.
Cost: £2.00 per trail sheet.

We love Ryton Pools for a day out as they have an adventure playground and miles of bicycle track to travel.

Redwings Horse Sanctuary

Open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only 10 – 4. Redwings is a lovely place to visit with the children where you can see horses and donkeys being looked after by the sanctuary. You can ‘adopt’ a horse and enjoy the small cafe and playground. Redwings is all outside so wait for good weather.

Looking to travel for adventure?

You could try one of these:

Go Plane spotting at Sheldon Country Park, right next to Birmingham airport, the planes fly right over your head! Perfect place for a picnic in nicer weather and it also has a children’s play area and cafe.

Salcey Forest – About an hour’s drive from Leamington Spa, Salcey Forest is a Forestry Commission forest which has an adventure playground, cafe, long stunning walks with opportunities to off road, build dens and climb the stunning tree top walk with gorgeous views from the top. We love it because its dog, pushchair, bike and scooter friendly, Just pay for parking  £4 all day.

Cannock Chase Forest – Woodland walks, the Midlands best bike trails and adventure playground. Cannock Chase is highly recommended for a fun day out a little further afield. You can even Go Ape if you fancy extra adventure!
