Mama Must Have Project – Skincare
Thank you for joining the Mama Must Have project! Every month we are asking Mums all over the UK to share with us their Must Have products under a specific theme. You can join in by joining us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, all you have to do is post a picture (and a blog post or a vlog if you would like), tag us in the picture on any of those channels and use the hashtag #mamamusthaveskincare . We will feature as many pictures and links as we can on this blog post and on those channels. The idea is that we build a community where Mums can help each other out on a variety of different things from skincare to recipes.
You can read more about the project here including ways to use the Mama Must Have logo on your blog.
So, here’s my Mama Must Have Skincare Products…. as you can see, I probably need more, and I am really in need an eye cream, so if you have one you recommend, please post your picture and let me know!
E. Coudray Jacinthe et Rose Perfumed Body Cream
This is by far my favourite body cream. I have never bought it for myself, but my Mum treated me with it and it smells absolutely devine. The scent lasts for hours. It absorbs beautifully into the skin. If I put it on after a bath in the evening and then put on my pj’s even they smell gorgeous the next day! It’s a bit extravagant so I don’t use it often but it’s seriously gorgeous. My more usual every day body cream is Palmers coco butter.
Clarins Multi Active Night Cream –
It usually comes in a tub, I think this tube must have been in a gift set. I absolutely love this night cream, its super silky, soaks into my skin perfectly and smells gorgeous.
No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Serum-
This one I use in a bid to prevent the wrinkles. There are others in this range which I still haven’t tried. I will be really interested to see how many people recommend products from this No7 range as it’s highly publicised that it’s known to actually work. I like that its not greasy. Can be smoothed on the whole face but I tend to use on my forehead and my eye creases haha. I use this day & night.
Simple Simple Kind to Skin Vital Vitamin Day Cream SPF15 50ml
As you can see this is a fairly cheap product but I love the Simple range. I did try the ‘light’ version of this but didn’t like it, it wasn’t moisturising enough for my skin which can get quite dry. I use this every day under my make-up and I love it. It lasts ages and I love that it has an SPF in it too. I am also a fan of the simple face wash, it gets off my stubborn mascara without any effort and doesn’t dry out my skin.
So there we are, those are my favourite skincare products. I cannot wait to see what other Mums like and which products come up more than once or twice. I will keep posting everyone’s recommendations here on this blog post! Get posting Mamas and remember to tag us and use the hashtag.
Disclosure – I have not been asked to recommend any of these products, they’re the ones I’ve used for years. There are some affiliate links in this post which means if you click any of the Amazon links (only amazon ones) you will not be charged but if you do purchase I will get a teeny tiny bit of commission from Mr Amazon.
